Join the HBA Foundation Board of Directors
The HBA Foundation is seeking experienced leaders to join its Board of Directors and help guide the organization’s mission to develop the next generation of healthcare leaders.
The Role of the Board
Board members play a critical role in providing governance, strategic direction, and financial oversight while serving as ambassadors for the Foundation across the healthcare ecosystem. This is an opportunity to contribute expertise, expand impact, and support programs that strengthen the future healthcare workforce.
Responsibilities and Engagement
Board service includes contributing to long-term strategy, supporting fundraising and community engagement efforts, and participating in committee work aligned to the Foundation’s priorities. Members are expected to actively engage in advancing the Foundation’s mission and ensuring its continued growth and sustainability.
- Provide governance and fiduciary oversight
- Contribute to organizational strategy and priorities
- Support fundraising and donor engagement
- Serve as an ambassador for the Foundation
- Participate in committee work and board meetings
Time Commitment
Approximately 3–5 hours per month, including board meetings, committee participation, and mission-related activities.
Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis.
